On September 5, 2012, Director Zhang Weiliang of the Institute for Urban Studies went for the Hangzhou International Urbanology Center. There he held talks with their vice-director Jiang Shanwu and staff of their bureau of strategic cooperation. The issues under discussion covered cooperation on postgraduate training, the forthcoming international conference of “The Real City and the Ideal City” and the forum of “Social Psychological Studies during the Process of Urbanization in China”, and some other strategic cooperation projects. The two sides reached an agreement to make further cooperation in future.
