On the morning of July 3, the Secretary Cui Pengfei, President Ye Gaoxiang, the vice-secretary Li Qingping and the vice-president He Jun of Hangzhou Normal University, Director Zhang Weiliang of the Institute for urban studies, etc. attended the third session of the first council of urban studies in Hangzhou. During the session, the vice-director of the Hangzhou International City Research Center Ruan Chonghui and the heads of all branches of the Council gave reports to the summary of their own work in 2011 and the new work plans in 2012. The session ended up with an important speech given by Director Wang Guoping of the Council for Urban Studies.
