A Survey in the City Yiwu

On May 24, Director Zhang Weiliang of the Institute for urban Studies, the French Professor Gaudan of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques d’Aix–en- Provence, etc, went for the city Yiwu of Zhejiang province to make a field investigation. The aim of the survey was focused on how to promote “the province governing country reform” to improve the local governance and carry out the local management effectively, especially the social management of the floating population. During the survey, they also met with the Directors of the Development and Reform Commission Shi Wenzhen, the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and the Floating Population Management Office of the local government, and achieved the desired effect.
