A Visit to University of Leicester of England

Invited by University of Leicester of England, the vice-president He Jun of our university led a delegation to make an exchange visit there. After visiting the Leicester library, the delegation held talks with the vice-president Douglas Torak and Director of the Urban Research Center Simon Gunn of the University of Leicester, Carolyn Bali of the International Cooperation Official, etc. The two sides signed cooperation agreements on postgraduate training and student exchange programs. Torak also expressed his wishes to promote the higher level cooperation between the governments of the two cities Leicester and Hangzhou based on the academic exchanges between the two universities.
