Director Zhang Weiliang Attended the Provincial Conference

On August 17, 2012, Director Zhang Weiliang of the Institute for Urban Studies at Hangzhou Normal University attended the conference of "Urban Culture Construction", which was organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee Publicity Department. During the meeting, the vice-minister of the Publicity Department Lai Yingjie talked about the basic research ideas and research policy-orientation of the project "Urban Culture construction". Around this project the attendants discussed and gave some suggestions on the issues of city cultural orientation, cultural ecology, legal support, community culture, city spirit and the cultural quality of the city dwellers, etc.
