Preparatory Meeting of “the Real City and the Ideal City”

On June 25, 2012, the second preparatory meeting of “The Real City and the Ideal City” was held by HNU in the district of Yu Huan Shan. The vice-president of our university He Jun, the linguistic and educational commissioner Mr. Philippe Mogentale of the French embassy in China, directors of the Institute for urban studies, the department of music, and the foreign department, etc. of our university attended the meeting. Director Zhang Weiliang and Mr. Philippe Mogentale gave reports to the progress of the meeting preparation respectively during the meeting. Then led by the vice-president He Jun, the participants exchanged views on the specific issues of the meeting agenda, the arrangement for investigation, the logistic support, the volunteer teams, etc. At last, a field investigation was made to visit the small theater, the lecture hall and the Yu Huan mountain villa to make sure the success of the forthcoming meeting held in September.
