The Order and Governance of Land-lost Peasant-s' structure in the process of Urbanization——Based on the investigation in 12 villages in Hangzhou

Abstract: The reconstruction of township order is deeply influenced by the rural society structure differentiation and the restructuring of the interest groups resulted by urbanization. More than 30 year's reform has made rural social governance foundation complete three aspects of transition——non-agriculturization of peasants' occupations, individualization of life fields and materialization of social network. As a result, farmers become landless farmers and the traditional rural order spirit bond changes. The feasible strategy to improve township governance includes: the harmonious relationship between given interests and self-achieving interests operating in the country and the market these double social mechanisms, perfecting linkage and interaction system of the people's mediation, judicial mediation and administrative mediation, strengthening the leadership position and leading role of the Communist Party of China and the government in rural governance, enriching and perfecting the villagers' spiritual life connotation, enhancing the cohesion among villagers and between villagers and the government.
